Jolly's celebrates joining CoC

After recently renovating one of their three convenience stores, Jolly and Pinky Walia celebrated their success with a ribbon cutting Thursday, Nov. 1, with the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce. The newly christened Jolly’s Country Store & Deli officially opened in August and features a brighter floor plan, 12 flavors of gelato, and a deli that serves street tacos, burgers, and more.

The couple’s convenience store career began in 1998 when they operated a Shell station in Athens. In 2007, they bought the Valero – which they sold in 2014 – and settled in Fairfield where they began purchasing their other businesses.
